NOTICE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO FEES.
Returns Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the correct parts, components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
- Normal use of the product is visible; breakage due to careless use is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product is found to be defective upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period. *We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:
- Send an email to: info@teddieandmae.nl
- Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or independent professional activity:
A. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
Right of Withdrawal The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the last goods. Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Teddie & Mae, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer's expense.
Report for Shipments in Transit Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer lead times that we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, except for the delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this reimbursement.
